Registration Privacy Notice

NuGrow Genesis, operated by WindBlow Inc., collects the details you provide to assess and follow up on your membership application.
Information we collect
Your name, contact details, country, parish or district, community, preferred contact method, selected membership categories, optional agricultural details and consent choices. If you follow a campaign link, its source, medium and campaign labels may be stored with your application. Security controls use your session and a hashed network address to help prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use your application to review your interest, identify possible duplicate requests, contact you and support approved onboarding. Submitting an application does not create an active account or guarantee acceptance. Marketing updates are optional and separate from application processing.
Who can access it
Access is restricted to authorized administrators and service providers needed to operate the website and email notifications. We do not publish applicant names, contact details or agricultural locations, and this form does not send applicant information to advertising analytics services.
Drafts on your device
Unsubmitted form entries are saved in this browser on this device, including contact information and item details, for up to seven days from the first save. Drafts are not shared across devices. A confirmed submission clears the saved draft; failed submissions keep it. You can clear the saved draft and form at any time. Expired drafts are not restored and are removed when the registration page next runs; a closed browser cannot perform background deletion. Public form assets may be cached for offline use, but applicant details and security tokens are not placed in that cache.
Storage and your choices
Applications are stored encrypted outside the public website directory. Authorized administrators can export applications for pending review in NuGrow Genesis and explicitly purge unchanged exported records after retaining a usable copy. A private cumulative submission count and minimal transfer records remain. Backups and downloaded copies are managed separately. Applications not yet exported remain available for review and follow-up; contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional updates. Please do not include land ownership documents, exact GPS coordinates or other sensitive documents in this form.
